The scope included equipment installation, electrical connections, and integration of the drives to provide precise motor control, improved energy management, and reliable operation within the facility’s mechanical systems.

Scope of Work:

Installation of rigid concentric conduit systems supporting the facility-wide control infrastructure across the manufacturing plant. The project included coordinated routing and installation of control pathways for multiple systems throughout the factory, ensuring reliable connectivity, system monitoring, and operational integration over the course of the one-year project.

Scope of Work:

Installation of a 2,700-ton centrifugal chiller motor, including piping and electrical wiring for a 150-amp pump supporting the chilled water system. The scope also included installation of a 1,500-amp Motor Control Center (MCC) panel, control panels serving the handling unit systems, and vibration monitoring sensors for cooling tower fans, along with associated actuators to ensure reliable system performance and operational monitoring.

Scope of Work:

Electrical installation supporting the 200 HP motors driving the production mixers, including power distribution, wiring, and associated electrical components required for reliable operation. The scope also included installation and integration of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) for all motors, enabling precise speed control, improved energy efficiency, and optimized performance within the facility’s production systems.

Work included the complete electrical infrastructure and associated systems required to support Laboratory Operations. Remodeling and upgrade of the Control Systems serving the Chiller Mechanical Rooms to improve system reliability and operational performance.

Installation and communication of control systems for the mechanical chiller rooms serving the facility. Work included the installation of concentric-type rigid conduit for all HVAC units and associated equipment to support power and control distribution. Installation and integration of electrical panels required for system operation and coordination with the building’s mechanical infrastructure, supporting the reliable operation of a critical medical device manufacturing environment.
